Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
The Department of Social Anthropology is looking for a proactive and adaptable Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of our small, welcoming, and busy administration team.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be the face of our department¿providing warm and professional reception services, supporting the coordination of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and assisting with HR, Health & Safety, and visitor administration. No two days are the same, and your ability to think on your feet and take initiative will be key.
We are looking for:
- A well-organised administrator who can confidently prioritise a busy workload.
- A team player who is equally comfortable working independently
- Someone with great communication and interpersonal skills¿you'll be our first point of contact!
Due to the role duties the role holder is expected to work on site in the Department.
