Postgraduate Course Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Department of Politics and International Studies (POLIS) for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Postgraduate Course Administrator, with a special emphasis on the MPhil in Politics and International Studies.
In conjunction with Programme Director, the post holder will be in charge of all administrative elements from admissions to awards, clerking various committees as well as organising and running all course-related events,
With excellent communication skills, the role-holder will deal with a wide range of people including applicants, staff, students and alumni, being the first point of call and central source of information by taking care of the day-to-day management of the programme.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with comprehensive administrative experience to work on their own initiative and to innovate within a challenging and rewarding environment.
