What you will do
You'll oversee the delivery and development of our Web Content Management System, working with both technical and non-technical teams, and supporting the Assisted Content Migration to transition sites from our legacy platform to the new one. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll lead Agile delivery across the full lifecycle of digital products and services. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver internal products, manage technical delivery, and create a healthy team culture. With a strong focus on Agile principles, you'll guide teams through iterative development, remove blockers, and foster continuous improvement. You'll be responsible for maintaining team health, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, and ensuring the team remains motivated, productive, and engaged throughout the project.
