Grading Coordinator (Part Time)
We are looking for a part-time Coordinator to join our busy Grading Team. The Grading Team undertakes job evaluation for all new roles put forward for grading, or existing roles submitted for regrading, within the University using the HERA grading system.
The Grading Coordinator supports the smooth running of the grading process for all roles. This involves receipt, allocation, tracking and notification of the grading outcome for all roles. Additionally, they will act as the first point of contact between Departments and other stakeholders and the Grading Team.
You will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise work, maintain accuracy, confidentiality and work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent administrative skills including competence in IT packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Evidence of the ability to apply first class customer service skills and to work collaboratively are key. A commitment to continuous process improvement is essential. Experience of working in an HR or a data processing environment would also be essential.
The hours are 18.25 hours per week (0.5 FTE) Monday to Friday.
