  • Oversee the product lifecycle, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Ensure that the product meets user needs, is developed to specification, and integrates effectively with existing systems and processes.

  • Drive iterative development, maintain quality assurance, and ensure continuous alignment with evolving user requirements and organisational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the end-to-end delivery of digital platforms, from gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders to managing iterative development cycles. They will be highly collaborative, working effectively with cross-functional teams such as software developers, IT personnel, and business users. Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and overseeing successful platform rollouts is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key, particularly the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, user-friendly language. The successful candidate will also bring strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities, along with a proactive, problem-solving mindset to tackle technical and user challenges.

Desirable qualifications and experience include familiarity with cloud-based architecture (such as Azure) and enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365), programming skills, and certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or project management frameworks like PRINCE2.

We anticipate that interviews will be held on Monday 16 June 2025 & Tuesday 17 June 2025, consisting of both a panel interview.
