Purchasing and Supplies Technician x2 (Internal Applicants only)


The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Purchasing and Supplies Technicians to join the team in Estates Division.

The roles will provide support to the Purchasing & Supplies function through delivering supplies, working in Stores, supporting health & safety, fleet management and waste collections.

As part of the Purchasing & Supplies team, the role holder will:

  • Obtain quotes for goods and services
  • Raise purchase orders from requisitions
  • Maintain levels of stock in the Stores
  • Support the Purchasing and Supplies Coordinator in their day to day activities.
  • Provide a Stores Counter service
  • Manage the provision of PPE

About you:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be customer facing, computer literate and the ability to work within a larger team to achieve service goals. Experience of working in a trade, purchasing, stores or building retail environment would be advantageous.
