Research Assistant (Fixed Term)


Applications are invited for a Research Assistant to work with Dr Virginia Pedicord at the Cambridge Institute of Therapeutic Immunology & Infectious Disease (CITIID) in the Jeffrey Cheah Biomedical Centre. The primary aim of this post is to support on-going work investigating the mechanisms of interactions between the gut microbiome and host immunity.

The successful applicant will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, or a related subject, have extensive "hands-on" experience of cell culture, DNA and RNA processing and other standard laboratory techniques, and possess excellent communication skills.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
