Divisional Administrator
Applications are invited for the post of Divisional Administrator within the Fluid Mechanics, Energy & Turbomachinery Division based at the Department's central Cambridge site in Trumpington Street.
The Head of Division's Office is the focal point for students, academics and outside organisations and the Divisional Administrator has the chief administrative role in the Division. Reporting directly to the Head of Division, the Divisional Administrator oversees all administrative support for the Division and manages the Divisional administrative team to ensure the smooth running of teaching and learning/research activities within the Division.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or have an equivalent level of practical experience. You will be an experienced user of Microsoft office and possess excellent organisation skills with the ability to demonstrate an advanced knowledge of administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role and prior experience of developing/ reviewing administrative processes and systems would be desirable.
