Client Services Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join the Small Animal department of the Queen's Veterinary School Hospital (QVSH). This is a full-time position that will take part in an early and late rota (hospital reception opening hours are currently Monday to Friday 8.00am ¿ 6:00pm)
As a member of our Client Services team, you will be the face of the Hospital and the first point of contact for our clients and referring vets. Therefore, being a friendly, calm and confident communicator is essential. You will be responsible for receiving incoming calls and emails, billing clients and taking payments, booking appointments, liaising with clients, referring veterinary practices, QVSH clinicians, nurses and students and therefore knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous.
You must be efficient and experienced in Microsoft Office packages and have the ability to establish professional and effective working relationships with the wider team.
Excellent customer service, organisation skills, attention to detail and flexibility are all essential parts of the role.
