This is a key role in supporting all stages of postgraduate education from initial application through to thesis submission but with particular emphasis on supporting all the MPhil Programmes. The post holder will report to the Deputy Faculty Manager and support the work for the Chair of the Degree Committee and its members in coordinating postgraduate systems and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of postgraduate administration.

The successful candidate will have gained administrative experience in a Higher Education environment. They will be a highly competent user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. They will enjoy working as part of a team and also independently with minimal supervision. They will possess the ability to prioritise efficiently and meet rigid deadlines on a regular basis.
