The Faculty is looking to appoint a well-organised and enthusiastic person to provide assistance to the Undergraduate and Postgraduate administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the Teaching Administration Offices from Tripos through to PhD. The Faculty welcomes applications from candidates who have good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and are able to deal effectively with a wide range of people.

Applicants must possess previous administrative experience and be competent users of standard software packages such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word). As well as, be educated to GCSE level grades A-C or equivalent / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent level of practical experience.
