Applications are invited for the post of Senior Horticulturist (Trees and Shrubs) on a two-year fixed term contract. A key position within the Garden Landscapes team, reporting to the Team Leader and supervising an Assistant and a Trainee Horticultural Technician.
The role holder leads on the maintenance, development, care and curation of the trees and other woody collections, including the ability to carry out aerial tree work operations. The tree collection is one of the finest in the East of England, of great heritage value and of international significance. Excellent specialist arboricultural knowledge and high skill levels are required in order to survey and maintain the tree collection and to ensure they are maintained in a safe condition.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
