Undergraduate and Outreach Coordinator (Fixed-term, Maternity cover)


Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term for 12 months or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Department of Politics and International Studies (POLIS) for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join as the Undergraduate and Outreach Coordinator.

The post holder will be the principal administrator for all POLIS papers within the Humanities, Social and Political Sciences (HSPS) Tripos as well as shared papers on the History and Politics Tripos and will have oversight of all administrative elements up until final examination.

This role is also responsible for initiating and supporting the Departmental outreach work and will line manage the Undergraduate Administration Assistant.

With excellent communication skills, the role-holder will deal with a wide range of people providing expert advice on undergraduate course administration.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with comprehensive administrative experience to work on their own initiative and to innovate within a challenging and rewarding environment.
