Programme Co-ordinator (Fixed Term)

The HR Transformation Programme is a new, ambitious and exciting initiative which aims to transform our HR capabilities and ways of working, leading to an improved employee experience. Improving, harmonising and simplifying HR administrative processes is a key part of this programme, together with the replacement of our current outdated HR and payroll system.

Having recently received approval for the programme, we are recruiting a number of key roles to the programme team. The Programme Co-ordinator will support the Programme Manager and team co-ordinating numerous activities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of programme.

As a Programme Coordinator, you will:

  • Co-ordinate and oversee administration of the programme
  • Organise programme-related activities and events including meetings, seminars and workshops
  • Support communication activities such as updating our website, publicising the programme and various events
  • Providing administrative/secretarial support to the Programme Manager and related Committees
  • Carry out financial administration such as managing programme budget
  • Updating, maintaining and distribution of programme documentation

Are you the right candidate?

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Extensive experience of Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrate factual and theoretical knowledge of project administration/co-ordination
