Curriculum Office Administrator


Applications are invited for the post of Curriculum Office Administrator in the Office of the School of Clinical Medicine.

This role is ideal for someone who has some experience of administration but is keen to develop their skills further. The role is varied and interesting and the role holder will play an essential part in welcoming and introducing students to the Clinical School. You will be well organized and have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and enjoy working collaboratively with others. You will be proactive and keen to develop and refine the process that you use to ensure efficiency and quality are maintained.

The role holder will work closely with senior clinical academic colleagues and administrators in the School and will play a part important part in supporting the doctors of the future. You will need to demonstrate strong IT skills, the ability to pick up new systems rapidly, good organisational and time management skills, excellent team working skills and a positive and professional attitude. You will be able to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate sensitively and positively with students.
