We are seeking to recruit a Research Governance and Integrity Co-ordinator who will be based in the Hutchison/MRC Research Centre on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
The Hutchison/MRC Research Centre is an established centre for translational cancer research, housing both the MRC Cancer Unit and components of the Department of Oncology (departments within the University of Cambridge) (www.hutchison-mrc.cam.ac.uk).
The post holder's main responsibility will be to ensure research centre wide compliance with regard to research governance legislation and to assist with practical matters relating to ethics applications, databases and reports.
Educated to degree level, or with equivalent experience from working in a similar environment, the post holder must be familiar with the relevant legal and regulatory framework related to research governance and have strong administrative, organisation and time management skills. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
The funding supporting this position is available until 31 March 2021 in the first instance.
This a full-time position, but applications are welcome from individuals who would like to work part-time (minimum of 0.5 FTE).
