The Executive MBA (EMBA) is a major teaching programme established in 2009 at Cambridge Judge Business School. This is a 20-month premium fee degree programme, which attracts an annual cohort of around 100 senior executives from around the globe. The participant cohort has an average of 12 years' work experience, including senior management roles. The programme is designed specifically for executives who have already reached a senior level and are now looking at leading roles within their organisations, or those who want to explore roles in new sectors or start their own companies.
The EMBA office is responsible for all organisational aspects of delivering the EMBA programme, including marketing, admissions, teaching materials, coordination of faculty and other internal and external input to the programme, feedback, examinations, student welfare and careers advice.
The EMBA Admissions and Recruitment Manager acts as the first point of contact, ensuring a pool of high-quality applicants in each cohort. This role is part of a team of two, and you will work closely alongside the other Admissions and Recruitment Manager to manage the recruitment process, developing personalised relationships with candidates, guiding them from application stage to enrolment and handover to the programme team. You will successfully promote and market the EMBA programme both nationally and internationally. In addition to this, you will need to maintain accurate data analysis on all admission activities, as well as managing the scholarship and bursary budget.
The ideal candidate will be able to display strong project management skills, possess the ability to develop methodology, as well as being able to analyse and interpret data. You should be fully competent in Microsoft Office and have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. You will need to be tactful and objective, with the ability to network and negotiate with various stakeholders. Experience of working in a client focused environment and previous MBA/University admissions experience would be advantageous.
We are looking for candidates who are available to start in the role no later than 21 August.
