The Department of Pathology is seeking to appoint a full time Divisional Administrative Assistant based at our Addenbrooke's site.
The role provides general administrative service to the Head of Division, Primary Investigator's and the Laboratory Manager.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of general administration, including secretarial, clerical and reception work. It is necessary that you have previous administration /clerical experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential. The successful applicant will have a helpful and positive attitude, strong communication skills, possess good organisational skills, and is self-motivated.
Applicants should be educated to GCSE level (A-C), NVQ Level 2, or have an equivalent level of practical experience. Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
