Applications are invited for the post of the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Future Infrastructure and Built Environment: Resilience in a Changing World (FIBE2 CDT) MRes Course Administrator. You will be responsible for all the administrative duties and activities associated with the MRes year. Working closely with the Centre and Course Manager and the Centre coordinator and with the Head of Centre and the Centre Directors in shaping the FIBE2 CDT vision and ensuring excellence in the delivery of the programme. The course aims to develop the infrastructure professionals of the future, equipped with a versatile and cross-disciplinary skillset to meet the most complex emerging challenges and contribute effectively to better infrastructure decision-making in the UK and students will be from diverse backgrounds.
Based at the Department of Engineering's site in Trumpington Street, the successful candidate will be educated to HND level or have an equivalent level of practical experience, have administrative experience from working in a Higher Educational environment, be an experienced user of Microsoft Office, excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement for this role and be able to demonstrate factual and theoretical knowledge of course administration.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
