Based in central Cambridge, the Asia & Australasia Alumni Engagement Manager role exists to ensure students and alumni are well connected to and educated about the alumni network. It also ensures that relationships with key alumni volunteers within their region of responsibility are maintained, and allowing them to foster and facilitate mutual benefits into the School and back into the alumni community that help CJBS to sustain and grow its reputation as a leading business school and to strengthen the global CJBS community of advocates and ambassadors.
Educated to first degree level ideally with a relevant post-graduate qualification, you will have a track record of working at a senior level with multiple stakeholders. You will have on-the-ground insights, astute corporate and academic relationship management experience. Candidates should be fluent in both English and Mandarin, have cross-cultural, international work experience in different geographic locations, including China. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build solid working relationships at all levels are a pre-requisite for this role.
