HR Co-ordinator (Fixed Term)


The Centre for Digital Built Britain (CDBB) is a partnership that aims to deliver a smart digital economy for infrastructure and construction for the future and transform the UK construction industry's approach to the way we plan, build, maintain and use our social and economic infrastructure. To support this goal, we are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support the effective operation of the department.

The HR Co-ordinator will provide a full range of dedicated HR support services to CDBB and the Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO) from a location in the central HR team. This will include providing clear and accurate advice to individuals and managers on HR policy, co-ordinating recruitment processes, co-ordinating probation and appraisal procedures, carrying out general administration using the University's HR system, performing payroll related duties, gathering, collating and analysing HR and payroll data and managing the reception function.

To perform this role effectively you will join us with experience of working administratively in an HR area and the ability to demonstrate both factual & theoretical knowledge of HR administration, including working with multiple processes and to tight regulations. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and be educated to HND/HNC level or have an equivalent level of practical experience.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 30 September 2022 in the first instance.
