Finance Administrator


The Department of Oncology is seeking to recruit an experienced finance administrator to join the central administrative support team within the Department. The post holder will be responsible for the management of department and research grant finances for a diverse and growing organisation.

You will have a degree and/or accountancy qualification (or equivalent) together with experience in financial/grants operations and planning. You will possess organisational and communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain information. In addition, you will have good attention to detail, and have the ability to make decisions and to work well under pressure and meet exact deadlines. You will be an effective team worker, quickly able to develop good working relationships within the Department. You will have demonstrated the ability to work in a self-directed and autonomous manner, while ensuring that business needs are being met.
