CAPE (the Centre for Advanced Photonics and Electronics), is part of the Electrical Engineering Division and is accommodated within the Electrical Engineering Division building in West Cambridge. CAPE activity informs and support research across the Division and thus it supports the development of strategy and commercial exploitation of research. The CAPE Partners have a global reach and a supply chain relationship with each other.
Applications are invited for the post of CAPE Coordinator to coordinate and support the CAPE programme of research in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of research and related activities.
The successful applicant will be educated to at least A level standard or equivalent level of practical experience. You will have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and be an experienced user of Microsoft Office. You should be able to demonstrate factual and theoretical knowledge of research coordination and previous administrative experience is essential.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
