Administrator/Secretary (Full- or Part-Time, Fixed Term)


An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Secretary to join our administration team, to provide specific support to the Professor of Health Neuroscience and his research group, based at our Douglas House site on Trumpington Road, Cambridge.

You will work within a small team under the day-today supervision of the team leader, and in addition to regular duties will be expected to work co-operatively in providing cover and wider support services for all staff at this site.

You will have previous administrative/secretarial experience and will be used to managing a large, varied and confidential workload. You will be a flexible team player, possessing good organisational and IT skills. As well as the ability to solve problems, you will need to have the confidence to respond on behalf of the Professor to a wide range of individuals, groups and organisations.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 30 September 2021 in the first instance.
