Admininistrative Assistant - Full or Part-time (3o hours minimum)


Would you like to join our friendly, busy admin team? We are looking for a self-motivated and organised person to support a wide variety of administrative duties. In this interesting and varied role, duties will include administration in a full range of departmental activities including reception, teaching, human resources and safety. The role holder will also be responsible for maintaining staff holiday and sickness records and providing reception cover. The post is either full-time or part-time, working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

You should have experience of working in a busy office together with sound written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and the capability to learn new computing skills when required. Accuracy and attention to detail are particularly important in this role. The ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines is essential and supporting other team members when required.
