Learning and Development Coordinator (Part Time, Fixed Term)

The Cambridge University Libraries (CUL) is seeking a highly-motivated and professional individual to work in its dedicated learning and development function.

This is a new service for the CUL, which was introduced in late 2017. The aim of the service is to manage staff learning and development interventions and activities across the Cambridge University network of 23 libraries, with approximately 450 staff. This will increase as the process of affiliation continues.

This role will provide essential coordination and administrative support for this service. You will be educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) and have excellent general organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail. It is vital that you possess good inter-personal skills and can manage working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

This role is part-time, working 4 hours per day, Monday to Thursday, with some flexibility.

The post is available from 28th August. Fixed-Term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
