An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join the department of Psychiatry and be responsible for all human resources orientated activities.
You will be the first point of contact in providing a proactive support service on a wide range of HR matters, be responsible for overseeing the administration of HR procedures within the department and play a key role in supporting the Business & Operations Manager in all HR issues as a key member of the core administration team. This is a varied role that requires someone who can take ownership of HR support and delivery across the department.
This role would ideally suit someone who is organised, is good at managing and prioritising their own work load, has the ability to work on their own initiative and operate to tight deadlines. You will deal with confidential information and from time to time be able to discuss and manage sensitive conversations in a sympathetic and supportive manner.
Experience of working in a Higher Education environment and/or experience in HR and recruitment would be an advantage.
