The Cambridge University Development and Alumni Relations Office (CUDAR) is the alumni engagement and fundraising arm of the University. It has the responsibility for raising major philanthropic gifts from alumni and non-alumni sources; for encouraging lifelong relationships and building links between the University and its alumni and supporters; ensuring that the worldwide community of over 300,000 alumni are well-informed about the development of the University and equipped to be effective ambassadors and advocates; and for communicating persuasively with all audiences to satisfy these objectives.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join an exciting, fast paced team. The Project Manager will be a member of the Amicus team, responsible for managing a variety of diverse IT and process improvement projects within overall Amicus Change Programme, including the continuing rollout of the Amicus system across Collegiate Cambridge.
The role holder will assist the team Manager to build, maintain and manage individual project plans which consolidate and sequences all of the various components of project activities and to ensure its successful delivery.
You will manage communications relating to individual projects, including drafting documents, preparing relevant collateral, responding to enquiries, providing information to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
With experience of coordinating multiple projects at the same time, you will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as a member of a team, often operating under pressure and to tight deadlines.
