Research Radiographer (Fixed Term)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MRI Radiographer to join our unique team of multi-discipline scientists in a recently refurbished imaging centre. Housing 7T and 3T MRI including a PET/MR with attached Hyperpoloriser.

The Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre - University of Cambridge can be found on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. As a Major Research Facility the centre plays a vital role in world-leading research programmes using state of the art equipment in local and international studies.

Founded 20 years ago the WBIC continues to be compassionately involved with patients and healthy participants of all ages, looking at acute brain injury, stroke, dementia, oncology, psychology, metabolic and endocrine disorders, cardiac function, and many more.

To be considered for this role you will have experience of acute patient care in MRI. All applicants must be HCPC registered and hold BSc (Hons) in Radiography or DCR equivalent.

This is a flexible full time post, although consideration will be given to part time or job share for the right candidate.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 1 years in the first instance.
