CCTC Administrative Assistant (Part Time, Fixed Term)

The Cambridge Cancer Trials Centre (CCTC) is looking to appoint an experienced part-time (21.9 (0.6 FTE) hours per week) administrator to support CCTC Directors and the CCTC management team.

We are looking for an organised individual to join an experienced administrative team which includes trials, finance and HR administrators. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors to provide PA support to those posts and also assist the admin team lead in general administrative/HR and finance support within the CCTC.

As part of a growing team, the post holder will need to be adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge within the clinical research setting.

Previous experience in clinical trials is desirable but is not essential. Verbal and written communication skills are also required, with attention to detail, proficiency in using MS office and the ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of financial administration would be an advantage.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 March 2022 in the first instance.
