The Recruitment Administration Team is seeking to appoint a full-time administrator to work within this busy section, responsible for producing all contracts of employment for the University.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly organised individual wanting to gain experience in HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering contractual documentation, updating the HR system and providing a high standard of customer service; promptly responding and resolving queries as they arise.
Working closely with colleagues, other members of the HR division and across the University, the successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and accurately to fixed deadlines, prioritising workloads as required. They will possess good time management skills, excellent IT skills and the ability to use their own initiative.
In addition, candidates should be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, together with an appreciation of excellent customer service and working with confidential data.
Full training in the University's HR procedures and processes will be provided.
Location: Greenwich House, Madingley Road, Cambridge.
