The Department of Land Economy is looking for someone to work full time in the Graduate Office providing support for the MPhil and PhD admissions process and other day-to-day MPhil and PhD administration, including examinations. Reporting to the Graduate Secretary, you will undertake a wide variety of tasks from the initial point of enquiry through application, and admission, to the final examination, including support to students and academic staff throughout these processes. This is a busy and demanding position requiring the ability to deal with a varied and large workload prioritising and showing flexibility to changing circumstance; to use initiative and judgment in a range of circumstances; to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have excellent organisational skills and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
