Senior Radiopharmaceutical Chemist


Applications are invited for the role of Senior Radiopharmaceutical Chemist.

The post holder will be a member of the chemistry group, which is responsible for the regular syntheses of radiopharmaceuticals tailored to the requirements of the PET imaging programmes at the WBIC, Addenbrooke's Trust and internal and external collaborators. This also includes the research, and development of novel radiopharmaceuticals. The overall duties of the role holder are the preparation, formulation and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals for PET imaging studies, along with ensuring good radiopharmacy practice, and involvement in the management of the GMP radiochemistry laboratories.

You should have a BSc (or equivalent) in chemistry, pharmacy or related subjects.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
