The University's Temporary Employment Service (TES) is seeking to appoint a full-time Recruitment Co-ordinator to work within this busy section, responsible for recruitment and selection of temporary workers and fulfilment of assignment requests from within the University.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly organised individual to contribute to the success of this vital service within the University. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for the TES pool of workers, liaising with University contacts concerning their temporary worker needs and arranging for the placement of individuals into temporary assignments. The role will also involve administrative duties such as ensuring timely and accurate assignment documentation is issued and records, both electronic and paper, are up-to-date.
Working closely with colleagues, other members of the HR Division and across the University, the successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and accurately to fixed deadlines, prioritising workloads as required. They will possess excellent communication and customer service skills together with good time management skills and the ability to use their own initiative.
Full training in the University's procedures and processes will be provided.
