Administrator/Secretary (Part Time, Fixed Term)

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Secretary to join our administration team, to provide specific support to the Director of the Autism Research Centre and his research group, based at our Douglas House site on Trumpington Road, Cambridge.

You will work within a small team under the day-today supervision of the team leader, and in addition to regular duties will be expected to work co-operatively in providing cover and wider support services for all staff at this site.

You will have previous Administrative/Secretarial experience and will be used to managing a large, varied and confidential workload. You will be a flexible team player, when required, possessing organisational and IT skills. You will need to at times, respond on behalf of the Professor to a wide range of individuals, groups and organisations.

This appointment is part-time approximately 19 hours per week. We are flexible how these hours can be worked but will require the successful applicant to work Mondays.
