Applications are invited for a Chief Research Laboratory Technician. The successful candidate will work closely with the team in studying potential neuroprotective therapies in rodents models of disease. This includes, but is not limited to, using different therapeutic agents to investigate their effect on the behavioural and cognitive impairments in these models models.
Successful candidates must have a valid Personal License (PIL), Experience with small animal stereotaxic surgery and experience with various methods of drug administration (intravenous, intraperitoneal, sub-cutaneous), immunohistochemistry, western immunoblotting is desirable.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 12 months in the first instance.
