The Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute (CRUK CI) is a department within the University of Cambridge, Clinical School and has the specific goal to harness the scientific strengths of Cambridge to solve problems encountered with the treatment, diagnosis and prevention of cancer.
We are now looking to recruit a Property Services Administrator to provide support to the Property Services department in all matters relating to the provision of building support services, including building maintenance, security and facilities management.
The post holder is required to assist, under direction, on property systems administration supporting the Building Services Facilities Manager (BSFM) in the delivery of all the varied and complex property services.
Additionally, they will administer the department's service level agreements (SLA) and tools used to produce performance based documentation and reports to support the department.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of document control, and be fully IT literate, particularly in the use of MS applications and Access databases. They will be able to communicate at all levels, possess good planning and organisational skills, and be able to prioritise a diverse and changing workload.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check, a health assessment and a security check.
