The School of Arts and Humanities is establishing a new School-wide Information Services team to complement local IT services. We are recruiting two new IT Technicians who will be a key part of this new team joining three other full-time IT staff. The technicians will be the first point of contact for IT support and involved in installation and maintenance of IT equipment.
The School of Arts and Humanities consists of eight Faculties and three other institutions with 650 staff members.
The technicians will work across the School particularly in Modern and Medieval Languages, Classics, Divinity and Architecture and History of Art.
We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills and experience and understanding of Windows, Mac, Android and iOS clients. The role holder should be educated to A-Level standard or with equivalent understanding and skills.

Telephone interviews are planned for Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th January 2018 with final interviews on Thursday 18th January 2018. We will contact candidates on Monday 8th January 2018 to arrange a suitable time for a telephone interview.
