We are looking to recruit to the post of Research Study Assistant to join our established measurement team based at our research site in Norwich. Initially, the post holder will work on the EPIC-Norfolk Study 5th Health Check (5HC).
Applicants should be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in a scientific subject or qualified by experience in a similar participant focussed research environment. The study will involve building a good rapport with research participants of all ages demonstrating both written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a public-facing working environment is essential.
Applicants should be confident in the use of technology and have practical experience of using various software packages. They should be able to demonstrate experience in adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and an understanding of policies relating to the handling of confidential data.
Core working hours are 8.30-16.30 Monday-Friday but shifts outside these times may be required as necessary. The post is subject to a six-month satisfactory probation period.

The funds for this post are available until 31 December 2018 in the first instance.
