Accounts Clerk


We are seeking an Accounts Clerk to work in the busy accounts department within the Clinical School of Medicine. Duties will mainly involve the processing and secondary approving of purchase invoices using the University's ORACLE finance system (training will be provided). The post will also carry out other day-to-day transaction entries and general office duties.

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills (both oral and written) and good organisation skills being able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. General computer skills are essential. Applicants are required to have GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.

The successful candidate will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure Check.
