The purpose of the role is to provide a proactive and flexible secretarial and administrative support to the School Office.
Duties include: providing general secretarial support, including electronic diary management to the Head of School and other members of the senior team; producing agenda and minutes of meetings; monitoring School email and handling as appropriate and agreed; planning and arranging meetings and events; maintaining office procedures and electronic filing; monitoring the School twitter account and tweeting/re-tweeting to agreed guidelines; updating school webpages (training provided); supporting recruitment and induction of new staff; ordering office supplies and maintaining records of expenditure and commitments.
You will need to be educated to A level standard or equivalent, with GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics. A high level of responsibility, organisational and good IT skills are required.
Funding for this post is available until 31 August 2018, or the return of the post holder, whichever is the sooner.
