Chief Secretary[Temporary Cover] (Secondment)


Fixed-term: 4 September 2019

Chief Secretary Faculty of Divinity Grade 5 ££25,298 -£ 29,301per annum
We require an organised, efficient and accurate person with excellent interpersonal skills for the post of Chief Secretary. Your varied duties will include running examinations, servicing committees, assisting with the administration for recruitment, office tasks, dealing with queries, using databases, work on the website and organising special events. Candidates must be proficient in using IT. Previous secretarial or administrative experience would be required.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
