External Engagement Administrator (Fixed Term)

The External Engagement Team is the primary external-facing department within the School. The role will provide administrative support to the Director of External Engagement and the Alumni Relations team. This crucial role will help to coordinate, organise and deliver regular activities taking place within the School. The role holder will also work closely with the other administrators across the School along with other key individuals in the External Engagement Team.

You will have educated to degree standard and have significant PA and administration experience, preferably within a University setting. You will have experience showing the capacity to take independent action, preferably gained in an academic or business environment. You will be highly literate and have excellent attention to detail. Good time management and ability to prioritise a diverse and changing workload is a prerequisite for this role.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
