The University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine HR team is looking to recruit a part-time Recruitment Administrator based at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
You will join a busy team who provide recruitment support to 15 departments across the Clinical School. Working closely with the Recruitment Adviser and other team members, you will be responsible for administering a wide range of operational tasks and being the first point of contact for information and guidance, in addition to contributing to project work within the team.
You should have experience of maintaining office systems and working to standard procedures. You will possess excellent IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, proven organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. You will have confidence and tact in dealing with people at all levels and demonstrate the ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working in a Higher Education environment and/or experience in HR/recruitment would be particularly advantageous.
The post is 0.8 FTE and the hours can be worked over 4 days or 5 days.
