We are looking for a motivated and positive individual to join the graduate office team at the Department of Politics and International Studies (POLIS). Your role will be to administer the MPhil in International Relations and Politics. The role also has responsibility for running the Department's Equality and Diversity committee. We would like to recruit someone with an interest in further developing our alumni relations.
This is a very busy role with lots of interaction with academics and students. There will be days where you will need to prioritise and re-prioritise as requirements quickly change. It can be challenging work and there is support from the close-knit team in the Department.
Educated to at least A-level standard (or equivalent) you will have relevant administrative experience in a role which has required you to prioritise and multi-task. You must be organised and able to work autonomously with a lot of common sense, an unflappable nature and a pro-active approach to challenges.
