Junior Clerical Assistant (Part Time)

The Faculty of Economics is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual for the role of Clerical Assistant. The role holder provides a reprographic and clerical administrative service to all Faculty staff; operates the Faculty's photocopying/scanning machines; handles incoming and outgoing mail; requisitions, and operates stock control of stationery, office equipment and sundries, including laser printer supplies; provides general administrative assistance including assistance at the Reception.

Hours of work will be from 8.30am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday.

The post is available for an immediate start.

You will have: - Basic keyboarding skills, - Familiarity with email and, ideally, photocopying/scanning machines

Probation There will be an initial period of probation of 3 months.

Location The Faculty of Economics is located on Sidgwick Avenue, Cambridge

Fixed-term The funds for this post are available for 3 years.

Interview Date: 18 May 2017

Limited funding: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
