The Graduate Admissions Office (GAO) is looking for someone with strong administrative skills to join the team responsible for coordinating applications for admission to graduate study at the University.
The role holder will provide a high level customer care and be responsible for facilitating the smooth progression of applications to graduate study; responding to enquiries from applications and colleagues across the collegiate University.
The team carries out quality assurance checks and offer making processes for all applicants, reviews and processes applicant documentation and confirms admission and issues documentation to assist students requiring visas.
Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of colleagues and applicants by email, telephone and face to face. You should also have the ability to assimilate policy and procedure and undertake tasks in line with these.
